Archie was dumped at a colony in Fairfield East, and rescued in May this year. No microchip and no owner found, he came to our shelter where we quickly discovered he is the king of smooches.

All you have to do is pick up Archie and start rubbing his ears, and he just melts in your arms. He literally slumps!  It’s like he goes into a trance. He’s clearly a sucker for pats and cuddles.

Archie has settled in well with the other shelter cats and loves people. He is happy when he gets lots of attention, including playtime. We have a lot of smoochy cats at the shelter, but Archie has to be one of the most affectionate cats we've seen.

Archie is an indoor-only cat, and would suit any household that has plenty of time to spend with him.
