Shipping policy
We want to make sure that all of our customers are informed about our shipping policies and procedures before they make a purchase. That's why we have implemented this policy that applies to all orders in Australia (AU) and selected items in New Zealand (NZ). We believe that transparency is key and want to provide all of the necessary information to make your shopping experience seamless. Shipping Charge:
A. Shipping Cost - Charged extra depending on location and weight (Generally charged extra when delivering to a New Zealand address)
B. Transit, Handling & Order cut off time
● Order cut off time 05:00 PM (GMT+13:00) NSW time.
● Order handling time is 1- 3 business day (Monday to Friday)
● Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 - 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
C. Delivery Terms
We use Australia Post and courier services to deliver our products. Our standard delivery times are approximately 5-7 business days and we endeavour to fulfil your order as soon as possible once it's received.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, it is Australia Post's and our couriers' responsibility to ensure your package arrives safely and un-damaged. We do not take responsibility for any possible damage done during transit from our warehouse to your specified delivery address.
If you have not received your order within the given delivery timeframe, please contact us.
D. Change of address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at saveapetfoundation.info@gmail.com.
E. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update in regards to the same.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we will not be able to accept cancellations after the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
