What currency are the prices I see on the site?

How can I order?
Ordering from our store is quick and easy! To place an order, simply follow these steps:
- Select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your cart
- View your cart and review your order details
- Enter your billing and shipping information
- Select a payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Review and confirm your order
- Congrats - You've successfully placed an order with us!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card service providers Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PAYPAL.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery Sydney Metro: 3-5 days business days
Regional and Interstate: 5-7 days business days
Please note that we will have a processing time of 1-2 business days.
Do I get a tracking number?
Once the order has been shipped, we will send an email update.
As the products are directly shipped through our suppliers we will not be able to provide the tracking information. For any query related to your order please feel free to contact us on saveapetfoundation.info@gmail.com
Can I return my purchase?
Sorry, we do not accept returns. However, if the product you received is damaged or different from what you ordered, we are happy to provide an exchange for the same item.
Please email us at saveapetfoundation.info@gmail.com with details of the issue and your order number. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.
Can I cancel my order
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. You must cancel your order before it ships in order to avoid any additional charges. The 1-2 business days processing time provides leeway to orders that would like to be cancelled.

Make sure to include your full name and order number. If your order has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel this order.
How can I make a donation?
Any donation over $2 made to Save a Pet Foundation Ltd is tax deductible.
Save a Pet Foundation has 3 directors and a secretary that all volunteer their time. So any donation is appreciated.

Where do profits go?
100% of the profits go back into saving abandoned kittens and cats.
Save a Pet Foundation has a NON KILL policy. We aim to treat and care for cats/kittens to the best of our ability.
