Ordering from our store is quick and easy! To place an order, simply follow these steps:

3. Enter your billing and shipping information
4. Select a payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
5. Review and confirm your order

We accept all major credit card service providers Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PAYPAL.
4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
Orders shipped within NSW typically take 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on the shipping option selected. If you require faster delivery, we offer express shipping options at an additional cost.
5. MAY I GET A TRACKING NUMBER ?
Once the order has been shipped, we will send an email update. As the products are directly shipped through our suppliers we will not be able to provide the tracking information. For any query related to your order please feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
6. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT ?
Sorry, we do not accept returns. However, if the product you received is damaged or different from what you ordered, we are happy to provide an exchange for the same item. Please email us at email@example.com with details of the issue and your order number. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.
7. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
