Meet Wendy.  She was living with her mum under the back-up generator for the Children’s Medical Research Institute at Westmead. Although she had plenty of places to hide, Wendy was only 50m from the Light Rail line, so it wasn’t safe to leave her. Rescuers went to work and managed to catch her mum first, then a couple of days later they caught Wendy.

She was reunited with her mum and socialised at her foster carer’s home.

Wendy is a sweet girl who loves to be cuddled and purrs almost instantly.

Wendy is an indoor-only kitten and would suit any household.
